At college he studied group development and fell in love with the complexities of team function and dynamics. While working as a mechanic he observed improvements to the automotive industry he believes the community deserves. Following those intensions, Restivo's Wrenches was born. In his free time Scott can be found going on hikes or bike rides with his family.

Andy is our operations manager and took a roundabout way into the automotive field. After graduating from the University of Dayton with a bachelor’s degree in physics, he taught middle and high school for about 8 years and began wrenching during that period of his life. He met Scott when a new part failed and needed a second hand. Andy drives a lightly-lifted Subaru Outback and has given a loving home to his project car, an abused Subaru Legacy GT. When he isn’t working at Restivo’s, Andy and Sierra can be found at the Hike Shack, or exploring one of Arizona’s beautiful National Forests, whether by vehicle, on foot, or through rock climbing.
